Hello All,
UCCX: 10.6.1.11001-31
I need to add some new Reson Codes into Cisco Desktop Workflow Admin, and was wondering if these should wait to be added during afterhours. Or if changes can be safely made while the Callcenter is open and taking calls?
I wasn't sure if making changes/adding new Reason Codes to workflow admin would cause issues with Agents already logged-in and taking calls?

It should not be an issue, i think you can add in production hours, the new reason code only will be visible after agent logsout and logs in back.
