Changing a script and running Reactive Script Debug

I'm making changes to an aef script and then running Reactive Script Debug on the same script.
I can't figure out why I can make changes, save the file, then I run a Reactive Script Debug but the changes I've made are often gone.
I can't recognize what I'm missing to be able to make changes and then be able to do a Debug and have the changes there...
I used the same path "SCRIPT[Test-kb/MasterApp200.aef]" when I run the Debug.

TIA

Have you reloaded the script in the admin webUI in CCX after you save it?

To add to what @Roger Kallberg and @Jonathan Schulenberg said, is the script in question the one that is referenced in the CCX application definition? If it is, a refresh of that application should do the trick. If it is a sub-script/child script, you may have to do a refresh of all scripts and/or a refresh of all applications.

Also ensure the CRS Editor login dialog has the CCX node that has DB mastership, i.e. the active node.
