Sharing an issue regarding VIP's when using O365 for ECE
We have a client who created a VIP for ECE and allowed traffic to it externally.
We kept getting a No Reply Address error when trying to generate the O365 Token (we were in incognito mode, service account used for token access and used the VIP to log into the console page).
After troubleshooting and working with TAC, it was found that while a hyphen in a URL is acceptable, a hyphen on the Redirect URI (sent back from O365) is an invalid character.
We had the hyphen removed and the redirect URI formed properly.
Here is the articles and searches that helped along with TAC's input:

You will notice two things in the article:
1 - An example early on with a Hyphen
2 - In the Invalid Special Character statement, the Hyphen is actually not highlighted.
I cannot speak to these doc errors, but this fix did work.
I hope this helps the ECE community!!!
