On Cisco CAD we have two buttons 1 and 2 , once the agent click on 2 the agent transfer the customer to survey . On finesse is there any way to configure a button to transfer a customer to survey without any effort from the agent , just hit a button ten automatically transfer the customer to survey.

Yes, but that requires custom gadget development. Here is link to Finesse API development page that has some sample gadgets:

Thanks for reply , but which gadget can solve my issue . I tried with many gadgets as click to call , and setcallvariable with no luck. I need button shown on finesse , once agent press it the agents wail automatically to survey.

You can either design a custom gadget, or you can access Cisco Marketplace for a gadget which helps you in creating a Post call Survey
