Cisco Finesse Stealth Mode

We have recently migrated from CAD to Cisco Finesse. In CAD there was an option to use stealth mode, so the screen would not pop-up all the time when a call comes in.

We have noticed that in Cisco Finesse, the screen does not pop-up in Firefox and Chrome, but it does pop-up in Internet Explorer 8.

Does anybody know if there is a way to disable the pop-up in Internet Explorer on a user base ?

No, I've not seen that. Also, note that IE 8 is not supported at least not in 10.x. I've used it with IE 8 and have not seen any issues, but be aware that it's not officially supported.
