Hi,

We have Cisco Interaction Manager 4.x with 100 concurrent agent license for below. We will be upgrading to version 11.0 and need to buy more concurrent advanced agent license for WIM and hence what is the equivalent part # I need to order for version 11.0? Basically I need part# for WIM advanced package concurrent agent license for version 11.0.

IPCE-AEW-AGT-L                    CISCO CCE Blended License Advanced EIM + WIM Agent
