Cisco IPCC Certification.

I want to understand the Cisco IPCC certification path and pre-requisite for the same. Can anyone help here?

Anybody reading this, correct me if I'm wrong....

The certification doesnt exist. It does not show under the career or specialist certification list. If there was something legit, I'm sure we would all hear about it since some of us work at ATPs and we would definitely know.

Hi,

it depends on what you mean by IPCC certification. Omar is right, there is no such thing as a contact center specialist personal certificate, but if your company is an Advanced Technology Partner (ATP) for UCCX/UCCE/CVP, you can take an exam which counts towards the ATP fulfillment.
