Socialminer 12.0 - would it still provide ' track social media interactions (Social media feeds etc) ?

No. SM is used for chat and email interactions, specifically for UCCX. They use to have Facebook and Twitter listening, but that's not the case anymore.

Thanks for the update. Is there any Cisco products provide such kind functionalities.

Webex Experience Manager I think is it's latest name has limited functionality right now and it's 2.0 release will have a lot better social listening. However, I don't believe it has any integration to UCCX.
