Cisco Supervisor Desktop - Changing Refresh Rate

Hello Everybody,

I would like to know how can I change the refresh rate in CSD, because my refresh rate of CSD is set up to manual, but I would like to change it to auto refresh.

I attached a image about it.

Eric,

If it is grayed out that most likely means the filed's refresh cannot be changed, the following guide shows which ones can and which ones cannot:

Eric, found an older forum that covered this.  Suggested to uninstall/reinstall as well as remove and rebuild the supervisor.  Ultimately looks like they opened a TAC case, but no notes what came of it.  May want to reach out to original poster to see what came of the TAC case.
