Cisco Unified CCX editor

Can someone point me to the  documentation that shows this program requires local admin rights to run? Contact Center express

Hello there internet stranger!

 

You may want to have a look at the UCCX 11.6(2) Compatibility Guide, under the section for Supported Client Operating Systems.

You will notice the Editor is supported in Windows 10, but there is a foot note, which states:

 

(FN 1) The Windows User launching the Cisco Unified CCX Editor must be a part of the Windows Administrator Group.

Its probably more than likely your organization or computer is requiring admin rights to run the application.
Once the application is installed someone without admin rights can run the application
