Conference on UCCX IVR

Hi Team,

I am looking for an option / feature on Cisco UCCX 11.6 IVR for making conference call.

basically CCX IVR will receive an external call (First Call) -> IVR will Play certain messages and then IVR will have to dial out an external number (Second Call) -> Once second call is answered, IVR should patch first and second call (Conference).

Once second call in conference is ended IVR should continue with next message or should transfer to ACD.

I have searched CCX Editor Guide but could not figure out the right process for this so please advise.

There's no conference mechanism. You could use Twilio to do this for you though and it should be pretty easy to do.
