We have UCCX 10.6
Currently when agents push the chat icon in CAD, it sends a generic chat to all supervisors.
Is there a way to expand this to have more options?

Would you mind sharing some screenshots so that I an understand your question more effectively. Also I would like to tell you that the chat functionality within CAD is pretty simple and give you all the options As-Is, there is really no hidden configuration parameter within UCCX to add/remove options if that is the question. However, providing screenshots with elaborating more on the question will help.

Is it possible to configure multiple chat buttons or messages, for different kinds of Supervisor requests. Currently in our UCCX 10.6 it sends a single message to all Supervisors "supervisor assistance requested" Could there be multiples, such as: "Refund approval request" "Password assistance request", etc.

There isn't. I'm assuming you're wanting the ability to chat with a single supervisor or agent to agent chat.
