Hi,
I created an application in IPCC Express 4.0(3), when I tried to add a trigger for this application I get an error message :
Could not update the user on the callmanager
What may be the cause?

We have had a similar type issue...
1. We create the CTI Port in Call Manager
2. Configure the app and add the JTAPI trigger.
3. Receive an error.
To temporarily resolve, we would restart the Cisco CTIManager on CCM01 and 02.
Hope this helps as a temporary, does anyone know what a permament fix would be?

Something I neglected to mention and is commonly missed. When adding a JTAPI port in IPCC, be sure to add the CTI port in Call Manager AND add the port to the devices under the "JTAPI user"
