Hi - Facing issue with CTI Route Point in CUCM 8.5, where it is not getting Register
Created CTI Route Point with Proper Device Pool
Associated the same to PG user
Added the same in Dialled Number with CUCM RC and associate call Type and Script
Added the same in Agent Target Rule with CUCM RC
Reset the CTI R.point and deassictae the same in PG user - Still No go
Please let me know alternate T.shoot/logs to find exact cause of this issue

This is the first time i am trying to register.
Previously we used to have ICM Dial Number Plan for Tansfer and conference.

DNP is the best way to do transfers and confereces, why are you going away from them? Can you post the jtapi log to see what it is saying about this RP?
