To use these 2 VB code smaples above - what should the customer buy for development environment?
B) What MS development do you recommend for simple button design? Should the customer go with VB 6.0? or VB .NET? Does one get both as part of VB 6.0?

Which of these toolkit desktop builds are supported by Cisco? Is the C# Combo Desktop supported by Cisco?

In ICM 5.x and 6.x, I use VB. In 7.x, I use VB.NET.

When you install CTIOS you can choose "clients" and pick the toolkits.
