Hi Guys,

I am very new to CTI Integration on UCCE , i trying to find the call flow between CTI and Finesse based on events and how would offer new pop up screen whenever new events are occurred, these are requirement, if possible  could you please share the any documentation and    sample code for to start this requirements ?

with help of Java

And   how to install Cisco CTI toolkit and Simulator for testing purpose on UCCE , can you help on this as well

CTIOS is not supported for the UCCE environment.

You can develop Agent Desktop, using Finesse API https://developer.cisco.com/site/finesse/
Or you can have a look into the CTSVR: https://developer.cisco.com/site/cti-protocol/overview/

Thanks for your quick info on this  but we are trying to integrate the screen pop on one of our web application instead of having finesse desktop , if you have any idea about this can you please provide some insights on this to start this process Many thanks !!!
