Any ideas on the following occasional errors we get on Cube?
1. SIP-3-INTERNAL: Cannot insert call history entry for callID : 24857223
2. SIP-3-NOMATCH: Unable to find matching CCB for ccCallID
3. VOICE_IEC-3-GW: SIP: Internal Error (1xx wait timeout): IEC=1.1.129.7.59.0 on callID x
4. SIP: Internal Error (ACK wait timeout): IEC=1.1.129.7.67.0
Is there a error document on Cube that I can review ?

Hi,
I found this same error on my CME
They are repeated
Please advise what is the impact you see from this error ?
My issue is that I have a sip trunk with this CME to CUCM and I found a lot of many many zero calls from this sip trunk which cause me error on CDR with date timeconnect <= 0 which isn't positive
I'm disabling the log of zero call duration
Thanks

Hi, i don't have big impact, and you can clear RTCP timers on long duration calls.
CSCsu88921
Symptom:
%SIP-3-NOMATCH: Unable to find matching CCB for ccCallID 123456
or
sh sip-ua calls displays many calls in STATE_DISCONNECTING
Conditions:
Router received 200OK for INVITE with a different TAG. Router then sends PRACK message but cannot process the response 200OK. This results in a hung call leg.
Workaround:
Set RTCP timers to clear long duration calls w/o RTCP reports
gateway
ip rtcp report interval 5000
timer receive-rtcp 10

I was seeing error #1 on mine. Doing a little google search, I found this.
