CUCCX Editor User Not Authenticated as HTTPS Rest Response is::401

Getting the error USER not Authenticated as HTTPS Rest Response is::401. CCX version 11.6 CUCM version 11.5.   

The pop up error says invalid user or password. Logging in anonymously? 

I get it with servers name by hostname or IP address.

User I am attempting to use can login to the ccx admin pages fine so I know username and password are good.

They also show as an administrator in the CCX gui.

  Anyone run into this and solve it?

In case anyone else runs across this it is some type of bug with password complexity I think it was the special characters in my password.

I ran into this same issue on CCX 11.6.1.10000-51. I had a 12 character PW with some special charaters and got the same error. Changed it using the CLI to something very simple and I could log right in.

CLI command to change the UN and PW if needed:

utils reset_application_ui_administrator_name

utils reset_application_ui_administrator_password
