CUIC 12.6 Session Limit Reached

Hi All

I Having issue on CUIC 12.6 "Session Limit Reached", everyone know where the configuration for the limit session?? the issue if more 2 user to access CUIC.

Is this for PCCE/UCCE or UCCX? I know it is tagged as PCCE, but just wanted to clarify since you mentioned so few users.

You can use set cuic properties session-timeout for the session timeout, but if you're talking about the number of sessions it depends on which platform.

For instance, for UCCX you might need to do set webapp session maxlimit number
