Hello,
I have just deployed UCCX 10.6(1) and am looking at the CUIC reporting.
The user I am using has the roles below:
I granted the user reporting rights in the main UCCX interface.
I can run reports ok but cannot create dashboards - do I need the full version of CIUC to do this?

Solved it.
You have to log in to CUIC with the application user credentials used when installing UCCX.
I was trying to log in with a user account that I allocated administrator and reporting rights within appadmin.

If you give them Reporting user rights in Appadmin and also give them reporting access in CUIC it seems to work properly. I have used this method to give my Call Center manager access to CUIC.
