CUIC Live Data Streaming Data Source Failed

Hi,

We have upgraded UCCX 8.5 to 11.Everything is ok but get failed "Live Data Streaming Data Source "

We set domain name before upgrade.

Is this resolved through some patch? We are still experiencing intermittent issue on this (after Cisco TAC manual fix)

Hi All,

 I am also facing the same issues , Please follow the below steps .

1. Checked the Live data servers’ certificate , it is using self signed certificates.
2. Export Live Data tomcat-trust certificate 
3. Import Live Data Tomcat-trust certificates to CUIC server as tomcat-trust 
4. Reboot CUIC servers 

After upload live data certificates to CUIC nodes  it is working fine .
