CUIC Livedata Issue

Hello Dears,

I'm trying to configure Live data on CUIC 12.5 with no luck:

admin:set live-data cuic-datasource <FQDN> 8444 CUIC\admin
Enter password:
Error: Invalid side A Live Data configuration data

Notin that AW configured correctly:

Primary AW access information:

address | port | db_name | user
----------------+------+-----------+----------
<AW-IP> | 1433 | ucce_awdb | livedata

Test: Succeeded

Secondary AW access information:

address | port | db_name | user
----------------+------+-----------+----------
<AW-IP> | 1433 | ucce_awdb | livedata

Test: Succeeded
Executed command successfully

Any hint how to solve it?

Hello Riesh,

Thank you for your reply.

I managed to solve this issue by importing the signed CUIC certificates into AW server also, as per the below document:

Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Installation and Upgrade Guide, Release 12.5(1) - Common Upgrade Tasks [Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise] - Cisco

Hi @Omran Al-Hussamieh

++ very less info to assist you!!! More details more easier for community to understand and support u.
++ could u list what all commands were executed?
++ did u followed CCE install and upgrade guide CLI commands for LD to setup, Link is here ?
++ Co-resident or standalone LD setup?

++ Navigate to this URL https://<LD_Pub>:12005 and webpage responds with Thank You for using LiveData means its good.
++ Navigate to this URL https://<LD_Pub>:12008 and webpage loads means its good.
++ Execute the command on Rogger and PG. netstat -an | findstr "<LD-SideA-IP> <LD-SideB-IP>" it must show in ESTABLISHED state. If no, then execute the below command.
++ validate the TIP TOS ports on Rogger and PG towards LiveData server on ACTIVE side. execute the command
netstat -an | findstr 4[0-5]07[45] will give you the output. Refer the UCCE Port utilization guide v12.6 Here  and look for Live data ports. Make sure the above netstat command should show ports in LISTENING state at least.
