CuIC permalink gadget

i was trying the cuic permalink gadget posted on Cisco's DEV website, but am getting the following error

I can't see the attachment, can you double check it please? I've used that gadget before and it worked just fine can you go through the steps you followed to get it to work?

Weird I couldn't preview until I downloaded it. If you use the permalink from the same browser, does it work?

Yes, I tried with both & and without &

Yes, you tried it and it worked? Can you show a screenshot you trying to permalink and the report showing?

I took the html link from CUIC, which is below

https://fqdn:8444/cuicui/permalink/?viewId=7F787EFB10000173001A22320A00C108&linkType=htmlType&viewType=Grid&refreshRate=1800

and then removed & from it.
And this is from CUIC.js file

For the &, you must replace it with the HTML character code which is &

You cannot just remove the & from the URL. So it should be:

https://fqdn:8444/cuicui/permalink/?viewId=7F787EFB10000173001A22320A00C108&linkType=htmlType&viewType=Grid&refreshRate=1800

Denise, So, i replaced it with &amp an this is what i see

it is not opening inside the gadget , as you can see it is asking me to open the site in new window and when i open up i get the following error

Have you confirmed the permalink works in a private browser window? You might be running into permission issues.

Hi,

Based off the first error in firefox, it seems like CUIC is not allowing the page to be embedded into the iframe due to clickjacking. This was added in for security reasons, but I can't remember when it was added. Hi,

What happens if you do a screen pop with the permalink url. Does it work? I would assume that it would since you said it works if you put it directly to the browser.

i tried again on different browsers. First on firefox

on chrome, only fields are visible but no data
