CUIC Report descrepency

Good morning

 

I have a CSQ "AUTO" and I have several other agents with that skill but assigned to their own team, they help out on an as needed basis. Agent Summary report list all of them. Detailed call CSQ agent does not list them at all. any one have thoughts on this? are we limited in the CSQ detail to only those assigned to that RG/Team?   seems strange that the agent summ pulls the data but not the detailed CSQ agent data.

What filter are you using on the Detailed Call CSQ Agent Report?

Are you filtering on 'CSQ Name' there?
