CUIC Reporting issue

Hi,

I have CUIC 11.5 and while supervisor try to generate report from CUIC it says "You do not have any reports/folders.Create reports/folders." What could be wrong here? supervisor is given privilege to reports..

Please help!!

I assume this is UCCE deployment. Has the report templates been imported into the system?

I suggest you open a TAC case so that some one can debug this issue.

Thank you for you kind respond. For your kind information its UCCX deployment . I have many teams and for other teams it is working good. Only for this particular team reporting is not working.. I am confused.. Please help

Hi Vigurura,

I cannot open TAC as I am not a cisco partner. alternative solution would be highly appreciated
