Wrapup Data are not Codes - is a free string and so anything can be entered - even if Finesse only allows you to enter a wrap up string - pre configured by an admin. This makes it less easy to make a summary report.
iWrap up data is not in any summary table (i.e. the interval tables - such as Callltype, Agent, Skillgroup etc.)
It is stored in the Termination Call Detail table (TCD) and so you have a record for each agent transaction.
You can of course create a summary report by grouping values etc from this table - but this will be an SQL query which could take some time and be intensive (from a SQL / CPU point of view) - so you might want to export the TCD table and create your own.
Below is a TCD SQL query which gives you a row per TCD record which includes the wrap data column.
You could create one specific to wrap up Data with groupings and counts etc. - which would make sense for a wrap data report. It would not be too hard to do.
