I've seen a few discussion threads on the abandoned call reports, but as couldnt quite see the answer to my query here it goes.
Running on latest UCCX 12.5, I'm trying to customise the Abandoned call detail report to exclude calls abandoned in the first 10 secs. I can see there is a threshold you can create based on Time to abandon value, however, when i run the report - it still displays all the calls including the ones with time to abandon lower than the value specified. If I toggle Only thresholds button - nothing is displayed. see attached examples.
I'm hoping I've missed something similar or have I misunderstood the purpose of the thresholds?

Brilliant - thanks. That was it , I wrongly assumed the format would be similar to whats displayed in the report for the field.
