There is not a way I know of to display this is an IPPA.

I search a guide of the IPPA but not found to version 8.5 (UCCX/CUCM).
Do you has the guide of configuration?

1) If the question is about displaying the Enteprise Data on phone, then yes it is definitely possible only if agents are using IPPA service to login and not CAD.
2) If the question is about displaying the Enteprise Data on phone as well when agents are using CAD, then it is not possible
