Hi Ritesh,
So you are saying that you are setting the call variable "user.ecc.csi" in the ICM script, but the outbound call you receive in Finesse does not show the user.ecc.csi variable/value?
If so, make sure that the call variable layout is displaying this ecc variable. Also, check the dialog event that the user gets for this outbound call and see if that variable is listed. Lastly, check the Finesse webservices logs to see if UCCE is sending this variable to Finesse.
