Hi All,
We just upgraded our system to 11.5 and have observed couple of issues. First, there has been delay in screen pops for couple of agents. Agents have been complaining about this since upgrade. Also, finesse admin password keeps on getting locked.

Hi,
I would open up a TAC ticket for this as this is a product issue versus a developer support issue.
