ECE Chat - Displaying call variable based on the entry point ID

In Cisco ECE, we have two entry points that route to the same queue.  What has been requested is that we display something similar to "New chat from ABC" if chat comes in via entry point 1234, but display "New Chat from XYZ" if chat comes in via entry point 6789. This way our agent has an indication of the customer intent. I would like the call variable to display in the Inbox Card prior to accepting the chat and probably in the activity details screen as well. I know I can display Referrer URL or Entry Point ID, but that is not really user friendly. Has anyone done this or can provide some guidance?

You could just create another queue in ECE with a different name but all the same settings and PQ/SG selection. Set the queue of the other entry point to the same queue of the original entry point. They'll be able to see the new queue name when the chat hits the agents inbox card.
