EIM interaction delete activities or cases

Hello, I have a doubt anyone can tell me if is possible to delete activities from cisco EIM interaction Manager several at same time?

In the Agent Console, try group select (Shift + right click of mouse ).

Hello GP this not work, when I do a search for any activities and do not can delete that.

You cannot delete activities or case from EIM. You have archive them and then perform a purge inorder to delete them from CIM application.
