Email Integration Manager and CAD

How do we install the agent console in CAD (the email manager piece) after installing the email integration manager? is it a plug in like the CAD install - or is there a setting that we need to adjust.

We have all the other components of EIM set up, cant seem to locate this last piece.

It's not a plug-in. You simply set up the CAD Embedded Browser and configure the home page to be the URL of your EIM server. Something like http:///default.

There is a rumour that Cisco know how to add an Agent Management workflow to CAD so that a successful login to CAD will fire a workflow to automatically log the same agent into EIM. I don't know how it's done.

Do you know if this is already supported? Where agent login to CTIOS and automatically logs in (through workflow) to EIM/WIM within the integrated browser?
