Error 1911 - Cisco Supervisor Desktop Installation

Hey All,

When we go to install the Supervisor Desktop software we are getting an:

Error 1911.  Could not register type library for file ChartFX.ClientServer.Core.dll

We do not have the same problem with the Agent desktop.  Does anybody know how to fix this error?  Error is attached to this thread.

Does the person have rights to install on there PC?

Yes definitley.  We checked that early on.  It does finish the install if you click ignore, and appears to run.  I just want to fix it before we push the install out to everyone.

Please rstart the PC and login with Amdin previleges and try it.
