Error message when exporting report from CUIC

I am Victor who would like to request for your assistance to advise on the fixed release version that could resolved this bugs = https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCux50563/?rfs=iqvred. From the link given above, I found that the release version of 11.0(1.11001.43) could resolved this issue but I unable to find the file in the software download page. Kindly advise on the release version of image that could resolve this bugs issue.
