Export/Import user variables in UCCE

Hi,

Is there any query to import/export user variables and/or ECC? Is it just a matter of importing/exporting t_User_Variable and t_Expanded_Call_Variable tables data?

Hi,

Exporting from lab to production - have too many user variables. As to ECC - they are always the same so would be nice to have a template for a new deployments.

Nope I dont think you can do that. you have to use config manager to configure those variable.

Adding or deleting or updating directly into UCCE database is not supported and will really not work.

So only manually or using windows automation apps(doing copy/paste operation for you)?

Manually, and if you have any application which can do automated copy paste that would also work.

its just that the configuration interface should be "Configuration Manager"
