Finesse 11.6(1) browser compatability

We are using Finesse 11.6(1) hosted by a local telephone company, as of Firefox v73 the report windows do not populate. Tested with recent versions of Firefox, Opera and Chrome and all have the same issue.

Is there anything I can do outside of going back to v72 to correct the problem. As I mentioned Finesse is hosted by a local telephone company so not easily up-gradable.

Search the forums I believe there's a patch to address this issue. You'll have to tell your HCS provider to install though.
