Hi All
My customer have problems with the Finesse using Internet Explorer 11. The Finesse Agents have the message "Loading Report" and they can´t works (answer or make calls)
- The UCCX version is 11.6.10000-51
- The Internet Explorer version is 11.1.18362.0
- The Windows 10 version 1903 SO 18362.30
Someone has solve this issue? What is the recomendation?

Are either of these your situation? I know a different browser, but perhaps the same fix?

Dear Bill
The firefox is working but the customer need to use Internet Explorer 11. So, he need know what version of the Internet Explorer 11 is compatible with this Windows 10 infrastructure.

Have you made sure that compatibility mode is not enabled?

You can try enabling Active X for Internet Explorer, also try updating IE to 11.5 to see if it works
