Finesse 11.6 Login Error in thick client

Hi,

I have embedded Finesse 11.6 into a thick client CRM tool. the CRM forces IE 11 compatabiltiy mode so i've added a regedit in my IE > Browser Emulation to fix this which has been succesful. However, on some older computers we are receiving the following error: "Cannot authenticate with the notification service. There may be a configuration mismatch. Please contact your administrator." The same user is able to login to Finesse in an outside browser.

Has anyone experienced this? The only other settings I see as required are Active X ones - which are enabled in IE, but maybe I need to add these to the Browser Emulation regedit too?

Per documentation, Finesse 11.6 does not support compatibility mode:
