Hi all,
it seems that from Finesse version 12.6 on, the Team API (Team - Get Team) access is restricted to supervisors only. Agents and admins do not have access at /finesse/api/Team/<Team ID> anymore.
When accessing the API with either an agent from the specified team or an admin I receive a 403 error "Forbidden".
I tried on Cisco dCloud and on on-prem Finesse servers on version 12.6.1.10000-32.
(Finesse version 12.6.1.10000-6 apparently does not have these restrictions)
The documentation says "Supervisors can use this API to get a list of users assigned to their team".
But in the past, with Finesse 12.5 and earlier, it worked also for agents and admins.
Has anyone else experienced this behaviour? Is it intended to restrict the access for Finesse 12.6?

Hi,
It was intended to be restricted all along. As you can see from previous release's documentation, it had always been restricted to supervisors only.
