Finesse Agent Hangs

Hi, We have an agent who can logon fine and take calls. But when user put himself to not ready state and try to put back in ready state. Finesse just hangs. User has to close the browser and login back.

We replicated the issue where finesse was working fine for other agents

Any Inputs??

Hi ,

Please  confirm are you facing this issue in  UCCE or UCCX and what is the Version for central controller and Finesse .

 

Might be Network issue between  Agent desktop to  Finesse .

 

Follow the blow Link and make sure all the parameter to be  set.  Also Try to  using  Finesse IP Address or fully qualified  Host name .
