We have several area's in our organization where multiple people log in to a computer, on different shifts, but function as the same Finesse agent. The issue we are having is that when employee A first goes to the finesse login page, we have to go through all the browser security exceptions. No big deal. The problem is when employee B sits down at the next shift, they TOO have to go through the exceptions and no matter how many pretty "how to" documents I make, they don't' even try to fix it themselves. Is there a fix for this?

This is an issue on the computer itself. You need to import the certificates to the local machine so it doesn't give you a warning every time.

We have a signed Tomcat certificate already.

Make sure the certificate is install in "Trusted Root Certs Authorities" and accessible for all the users who login to that workstation.
