Hi
We have UCCX 12.5 and we use finesse agents.
When logs in for the first time we get some security warnings.
Is there a way to upload the self signed certificate from UCCX/Finesse in Chrome (version 91) to trust the site directly
I tried several things, like downloading the certificate, uploading as a root trust, but Chrome keeps saying the site is Not Secure
Is there a way to make it 'secure' with self signed certificates?
Thanks
JH

The certificate has to be signed by a trusted CA, AND the FQDN of the site has to a subject name or subject alternate name in the certificate. Browsers has gotten more particular in recent years, particularly about the site name matching a subject name in the certificate.

Hi
I remember that in the past the server certificate was enough, but apparently with the new browser only CA (private or public) are accepted as trust
Thanks
