Hi all.
I found in Finesse REST API that it is possible to change agent's state by HTTP PUT with agent's credentials as basic authorization.
In our environment we have configured user that is able to change state of all logged agents. Then we created another one user with same properties, but he can change only his own state.
Can anybody help to find difference between these two users? What privileges he needs to have? Or should other users have to be configured in other way?
Thanks

Probably because the other user has not been assigned with Supervisor rights. If the supervisor rights had been assigned, then check if the required resources had been aligned under the Team which comes under that Supervisor.

Thanks Deepak, it helps to add the users to the team as supervisor.
