Hi
I know finesse logs can be directly collected from web as the below URL:
http://<FinesseServerIP>/finesse/logs/
The finesse version is 10.5 with CCE.
When I click "clientlogs/" directory the web page loading delay continously,
all agents are logout from finesse desktop after few minutes
At that time I checked tomcat service is active.
All agents were able to login after the finesse restart.
What is problem the "clientlogs/" directory.
Every log directory else can be checked as normal.
