Finesse login duration (since midnight)

The supervisor notices that when an agent logs in, team data>the login duration (since midnight) starts from -1 min, not from zero.

Can you post a screenshot of where you’re seeing this? I can compare it against my lab.

You will need to elaborate your problem.

You might need to restart CCX Engine on both sides in order to get over this problem

Team Data> Login Duration (Since Midnight) on Cisco Finesse start counting from -1 min then like attached image.

Please try to restart CCX Engine.

I restarted it but still the same, it starts counting from "-1.15 min" for each agent at beginning of each day then go to a positive number.

It looks to be faulty behavior. Not sure how do you reproduce it so easily.

You might want to check you currently installed ESs. Or contact Cisco TAC to check this in your setup

Is it possible you're hitting this defect, that the agents have custom reason codes that impact Login Duration?
