Finesse Maintenance Mode Missing

On UCCX 12.5.1 SU3, (Finesse version 12.6(2)), I don't seem to have MaintenanceMode enabled.

When I check the API, https://<FQDN>:8445/finesse/api/MaintenanceMode, it returns a 501 error not implemented.

I do not see the CLI commands either for Maintenance Mode.

How does maintenance mode get implemented?

This is an HA system.

Think I found the answer, like you guys thought CCE only apparently.
"Cisco Finesse Release 12.6(1) in conjunction with Cisco Unified CCE 12.6(1) supports PG maintenance mode, which allows the Cisco Finesse server to reconnect to an alternate PG without interrupting the current operations. When the PG maintenance mode is initiated, Finesse desktop users and the Finesse IPPA users do not see any interruption during the sign in, state operations, or call operations. "

My speculative guess: that’s a PCCE/UCCE feature, not CCX; there is no CCX 12.6 train.

Hi Jonathan, not sure, but the original poster said they had UCCX 12.5 and Finesse 12.6 and it looked like it was a Finesse specific command.
@ejlackey can you let us know if the links I listed worked?

@bill.king1 https://<FQDN>/finesse/api/MaintenanceMode gives a 404 error and again, no CLI commands are available either.

The first document link you sent does reference CCX in some areas. That's all I have to go on.

From this document though, there is no mention of MaintenceMode as a new feature in CCX or in the Finesse link that it references, even though the Finesse link it references is 12.6, which is when MaintenanceMode was introduced, so perhaps it is a PCCE/UCCE feature only.

Wouldn't 12.6(2) encompass any past ES loads though?

In the software area, it goes from 12.6(1) ES1 all the way up to 12.6(1) ES9, then goes to 12.6(2) with no ES loads available.

For some background, I used "Mandatory COP for 12.5.1 -> 12.6.2 upgrade - ucos.keymanagement.v01.cop.sgn" for the initial UCCX upgrade (this was required to go from 12.5.1(SU1) to 12.5.1(SU3) which jumped the Finesse version from 12.5.1 to 12.6(2)).

Indeed this looks to be the answer.  Thanks! @bill.king1
