Finesse Notification Subscription in .NET C#

I'm new to xmpp.I want to get pidgin notifications/events in my C# .NET console application.

How we can subscribe these finesse notification in C# .NET console application or what open source libraries are available in .NET/.NET Core to achieve this functionality.

The most popular C# .NET XMPP library that I've seen people use here in the community is MatriX: https://www.ag-software.net/

It is not free though.
