Hi,

 

I need disable a popover when agents receive calls.

 

Did you find how we can do it?

Sir, 

 

This can be done by disabling the action setup on the workflows in Finesse Administration.

Understood, so you were referring the call notification popover. Kindly refer to the doc shared below. This contains API reference you could use to work on the same.

However i am afraid that might not even be possible as i do not see API services or schemas present to disable it.

Hi @david.macias so just to clarify, the toaster is tied to the popover and if you disable toaster, it disables popover?

The documentation isn't really clear to me at least, as in some documentation it says that "The toaster notification appears prior to popover if the user is away from the Desktop". for instance.
