Finesse SSO Bypass URL

Dear forum users.

I know these are the URLs to bypass SSO for UCCX admin and serviceability, but is there one for Finesse? My customer is having some issues with Finesse and we suspect it could be SSO related which was enabled after they upgrade to UCCX 11.5. 

• URL for Cisco Unified CCX Administration : https://<ipaddress/fqdn>/appadmin/recovery_login.htm

• URL for Cisco Unified CCX Serviceability : https://<ipaddress/fqdn>/uccxservice/recovery_login.htm

I would have to imagine that if you want to login without SSO to Finesse you then just disable SSO system wide. Have you tried that?

Hi David.

That was our last resort, but Cisco don't document any URL for SSO bypass for Finesse like there is for CCX Admin et al.

Tim, there is not a bypass URL for Finesse as you have for CCX Administration. The only option in case of SSO not working will be to disable it and let the agents login and authenticate either against CM or LDAP in case CM is integrated with AD.

Yes, there is a way,
Use the <IPorHost>/cfadmin# (the # will bypass SSO and show the admin page)
It may have a delay of about 5secs but will show the page.

attempting bypass with the cfadmin# doesn't seem to work for Express Administration, but does for Finesse.
